Dr. Jason Turner graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University in 1995, a master’s degree from Augusta State University in 2000, and a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia in 2001. He practiced as a general dentist in Hiram for four years.
In 2005, Dr. Turner attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio to further his education in treating the comprehensive dental needs of children. He completed his pediatric dental residency in 2007 and returned to Georgia to practice pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Turner is certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He is also a member of the Hinman Dental Society in Atlanta.
In addition, he serves as part-time faculty in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia, where he is a clinical instructor. Dr. Turner loves working with children and is an advocate for child-related issues within the community, state, and nationwide.
Dr. Turner is married and has one child. Gatsby, their Mini Australian Labradoodle, is our therapy dog, while Lucy the cat and Lemon the leopard gecko prefer to stay at home. Dr. Turner enjoys running, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family during his spare time.
